Here at MSB we understand things don't always work out! We're here to help get it right! We offer Store Credit on Returns. Please reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing, we'd love to help!

Please carefully review our Return Policy and Instructions below before sending your item back.

  • All BOGO Free Orders are Final Sale.
  • Any items ending in .99 are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items discounted 30% or greater will also be considered Final Sale. No exceptions.
  • The term "Final Sale" means an item cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • All returns must be received within 15 business days of the original purchase date.
  • Returns will be credited to the customer's account with an electronic store credit for the original purchase price.
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
  • Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box.
  • If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 15 business days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days. 
  • Seasonal Gift Purchases: Orders placed after November 26th - Extended Return Date: Returns must be received by January 10th to receive store credit.  


Please notify us upon returning items via phone or email. We do not provide free return shipping.
  • Fed Ex, UPS and USPS ships to Main Street Boutique 907 Preacher Roe Blvd West Plains MO 65775
  • Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box. Please do not affix shipping labels to the shoebox itself.
  • We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.
  • All returns will be processed within 3-7 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once processed.


Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. 

  • If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days by telephone or at [email protected] we may address the issue. 
  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it. 
  • We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues wherever possible.

We photograph each item and do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.
